High Performance Felts
High Performance felt roofing systems using SBS and APP polymer modified felts are the best that present day technology can achieve. They are a tough and resilient built-up roofing membranes that offer high strength and flexibility combined with excellent longevity and insurance backed guarantee for 15 and 20 years depending on the manufacturer used.
Mastic Asphalt Roofing
No other roofing material can match the long-term performance and durability of Mastic Asphalt Roofing. A range of grades in accordance with British Standard BS 6925 is available to suit all types of roofs and conditions. Mastic Asphalt Roofing is an exceptionally versatile material, easily laid over flat, curved or sloping surfaces to form a continuous waterproof membrane.
Mastic Asphalt Flooring
Provides an economical, hard wearing and virtually maintenance-free floor. Manufactured from high grade Mastic Asphalt, it can be quickly installed and in service within a few hours. It does not produce dust and has the advantage of combining effective damp proofing with a high quality floor finish. Mastic Asphalt flooring is an effective barrier to radon gas and is recommended and used by Cornwall County Council for this purpose.
Mastic Asphalt Tanking
Tanking with Mastic Asphalt is one of the most effective and reliable methods of waterproofing structures below ground level. Mastic Asphalt is suitable for either internal or external tanking and is designed to be applied in three coats to give 30 mm thickness on horizontal surfaces and 20 mm on vertical surfaces. Special grades are also available for application in areas such as chemical works.
Polyroof Fibreglass System
Polyroof 185 is a fibreglass reinforced advanced polymer roofing system that is maintenance free and guaranteed for 20 years. It is totally waterproof, seamless, tough, flexible and highly durable, fire retardant and UV resistant.

Waterproof Coatings
SMA offer a range of high performance liquid waterproof coatings, designed to seal and waterproof existing corrugated sheeting, be it metal of asbestos. Designed to minimise disruption to premises as it is painted on existing surfaces negating the need to remove and replace sheets. These products are also suitable for overhauling Valley gutters and therefore keep disruption to the minimum.
